The Tesla Institute is a place dedicated to the locating and training of young Rifters. The Institute provides everything necessary for young Rifters to successfully navigate the waters of the Time Stream. After successful completion of the year long course the final examination is given and all who pass are welcomed as full time staff and operatives. The classes include hand to hand combat, escape and evasion, intense historical analysis, temporal physics, and engineering; just to name a few. The founder is Nicola [[Tesla]] and still guides the Institute with his wisdom and foresight. Their goal is to preserve the Time Stream against the factions who taint and exploit it. They value the preservation of history and strive to defend it while using their abilities for the betterment of mankind.
