Delphtonopolisburg is a small town near a river. As you can tell by it's name, the original settlers had a sense of humor. Delph' is a small Gulf State town in the middle of an evergreen forest near a river known as Frigid Ditch. Kendra, Marta, and Rob go to a bar there called the "Coracle of Delphi."
