Freehold of Grainne an independent colony that remains independent of the UN (the government that rules Earth and other systems. Grainne orbits Iota Persei at a distance of 1.5 AU. It has a single sprawling continent that covers 66 percent of its surface. It is a bit warmer, and the year is longer, but the climate is Earthlike.
