Sage Duruno is an advisor to King Rillaur of Andarnnon. He has gone blind from staring into dragonfire, but in the process he has become prescient. A red scar makes the place on his head where a single mark of dragon blood has been inserted. When this procedure is successful it gives a seer the ability to speek mentally with a dragon. Unfortunately, this procedure is usually unsuccessful and ends in death, which means few even attempt it. This combination of dragon abilities makes Sage Duruno a valuable asset.
