Stewart Stills

Stewart Stills is referred to by his last name throughout the series. Stills is the most unique Rifter in The Hollows. Able to create pockets in time, he is responsible for keeping all The Hollows safe houses maintained. He is also the only Rifter who doesn’t use Contra or Tech to travel through time. The strong silent type, Stills doesn’t say much, but when he does, you’d better listen closely.
