Tether

A tether is what The Tesla Institute uses to rift. It's an apparatus that fits over their hand and wrist. They type in the date and time to where they'd like to travel. They feel that is a superior way to rift compared to the contra that The Hollows use. Unlike the contra, it has no side affects.
