Jeff Martini is that A-C that Katherine "Kitty" Katt falls in love with in the first book, Touched By an Alien. He is cousin to Christopher. He is an empath with means that he can feel other people's emotions. He is a very powerful one and has to go into regeneration when his powers are drained.
