Skin Sluffers

Skin Sluffers are outcasts of Beta Mole. They “sluff” their skin every two months which makes them unrecognizable at after each “sluff.” Many people think they are criminals since they can’t be traced back to a crime after they “sluff.” Most of them live in Cackle City and they have their own language.
